Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please follow our cancellation guidelines:

Free Cancellation (24+ hours notice)

  • Full refund for any deposits paid
  • No cancellation fee
  • Can reschedule at no charge

Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)

  • 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • Deposit may be forfeited

No-Show

  • Full service charge may apply
  • All deposits forfeited

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel through:

  • Online: Log in to your account and cancel through your dashboard

3. Refund Policy

Deposits

Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled within the free cancellation window.

Prepaid Services

Unused services may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not happy with a service, notify us within 48 hours. We will offer a complimentary redo or adjustment.

5. Exceptions

We may waive fees for medical emergencies, natural disasters, or services cancelled by Salon Booking System.
